1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ScanoraAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and customers who purchase paid services.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use ScanoraAI only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data at scale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the audit engine
- Use the Service to generate reports for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
3. Accuracy of Results
Audit results are generated automatically based on publicly accessible signals and are provided for informational purposes only. ScanoraAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the audit results. Scores and recommendations should be treated as guidance, not definitive assessments.
4. Paid Services & Payment Terms
ScanoraAI offers paid managed website rebuild services ("Paid Services"). By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to the following:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page.
- Payment processor: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. ScanoraAI does not store your card or bank details.
- Order confirmation: A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout within a few minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
- Service commencement: Managed rebuild work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will be contacted at the email address provided to coordinate access and requirements.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails or is declined, no order is created and no service is initiated. You may retry the payment at any time.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following policy applies to all Paid Services:
- Before work begins (within 48 hours of payment): You may request a full refund if work has not yet commenced. To request a refund, email us at the address on the Contact page with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- After work has begun: Once the rebuild or audit work has commenced (you will be notified by email), refunds are not available for work already completed. If you are dissatisfied with the deliverable, please contact us — we will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial credit at our discretion.
- 30-Point Score Lift Guarantee: For eligible managed rebuild orders, if the Google Lighthouse Performance score (mobile) on your primary delivered URL does not improve by at least 30 points within 30 days of delivery, we will perform one additional full revision pass at no charge. The baseline is the Lighthouse Performance (mobile) score measured on the same URL before work begins; the post-delivery score is measured on the same URL under the same conditions. To claim the guarantee, email admin@scanoraai.com with your order number and a Lighthouse report within the 30-day window. The guarantee does not apply where score improvement is blocked by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party hosting limitations, CMS restrictions, or refusal to implement required changes). - Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 3 business days upon verification.
To initiate a refund or raise a payment dispute, please contact us with your order ID, registered email address, and a brief description of the issue.
6. Service Delivery
Managed rebuild services are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and the responsiveness of the customer in providing required access or information. ScanoraAI is not liable for delays caused by:
- Failure to provide timely access to the website, hosting, or CMS
- Third-party service outages (hosting providers, DNS, CDN)
- Scope changes requested after work has commenced
7. Intellectual Property
The ScanoraAI platform, including its audit engine, scoring methodology, and user interface, is the intellectual property of ScanoraAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission. Audit reports generated for your website are yours to use and share freely.
8. Limitation of Liability
ScanoraAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanoraAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Paid Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For payment disputes, you may also raise a grievance through Razorpay's dispute resolution process.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or order. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
