What the guarantee covers
Which score?
Google Lighthouse Performance score on mobile — the same score your audit report shows. We measure before and after on the same URL, same device emulation, same conditions.
What "redo" means
If the 30-point lift isn't achieved within 30 days of delivery, we perform a full second pass — revisiting every issue, re-running Lighthouse, and delivering until the target is met. No additional charge.
30-day window
The guarantee window opens on the day we deliver your rebuilt site. You have 30 days to run Lighthouse and verify the improvement. If it falls short, contact us and we start the redo immediately.
Full guarantee terms
- Applies exclusively to ScanoraAI managed rebuild services ($499 Site Optimization or $1,499 Full Rebuild). The free audit and DIY fix plans are not covered.
- The baseline score is the Lighthouse Performance score (mobile) recorded at the start of the project, before any work begins.
- The target is a minimum +30-point improvement in the Lighthouse Performance score (mobile) on the primary URL delivered.
- Measurement is performed using Google Lighthouse in a controlled environment (same emulation settings, same URL). We provide the before/after report.
- The 30-day window begins on the date of final delivery. You must notify us within this window to trigger the redo.
- The redo covers the same scope as the original project. It does not extend to new pages, new features, or changes to the site made by you after delivery.
- Sites with third-party scripts, heavy embeds, or hosting constraints outside our control (e.g., shared hosting with no caching layer) may have a lower achievable ceiling. We will flag these constraints before starting work.
- To claim the guarantee, email us at admin@scanoraai.com with your order number and a Lighthouse report showing the score. We will respond within 2 business days.
What's not covered
- ✕Free audit reports — the guarantee applies only to paid managed rebuild services.
- ✕SEO ranking improvements — Lighthouse Performance score is the measured metric, not search rankings.
- ✕Score regressions caused by changes you make to the site after delivery.
- ✕Sites that cannot be audited by Lighthouse (login-gated, IP-restricted, or otherwise inaccessible to the public).
